Ohneka is proud to announce that the percussionist, Mélissa Lavergne will be the spokesperson of its second edition!


Three times during the summer, July 12, August 6 September 3, the audience is invited to move to the beat of djembe of Melissa Lavergne and Bélébélé in an original composition which will open the regular projection of Ohneka.

From Thursday to Saturday at 9:30 PM. From July 14th 2011 to Sept. 3rd 2011

The show lasts 22 minutes.

What is the schedule of the show ?
TThe show will run every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from July 14th to September 3rd. On August 6th and September 3rd, Mélissa Lavergne (percussionist and spokesperson) will be performing.

What time does the show begin?
9:30 PM

What if it rains ?
The show will run even if it rains. It might be cancelled in case of violent winds or risks of storm. 

Is there an access for physically challenged people?
The site is wheel chair friendly.

Will there be chairs ?
This year, there will be stands available but you must arrive soon to get a place. You can still bring your own chair and sit by the pond. 

Can I bring a kid ?
Of course! Ohneka is for eveybody.

What is the best time to arrive in order to have a good spot?
The best spots get crowded rapidly, we encourage you to be there at least one hour before the show in order to have the best viewing position available.

Is the show in English or in French?
Because the show is non-narrative, it is accessible to people of all languages.
